frozen tofu...anyone?


i mistakenly popped a tofu in the freezer.
now, i'm not sure what to do with it.

defrost it, then squeeze out all the excess water. the consistency will be similar to a chewy sponge--YUM! actually, it soaks up sauces really well, so maybe you can cut it (or crumble it like ground beef), and sautee it with veggies and a good sauce. add the tofu after adding the sauce because it will soak up all the oil if you add it directly.
